These people throw out violent, bullying ad hominem, then run away with their tails between their legs when they get it back. DIshing out. Not taking it.
Marginal celebrity Frank Stallone, most famous for being the brother of director/actor Sylvester Stallone, took to Twitter on Saturday to call Parkland massacre survivor David Hogg a “p*ssy” — only to cowardly delete it after being barraged with criticism and scorn.
Writing on Twitter, Stallone wrote: “This David Hogg p*ssy is getting a little big for his britches. I’m sure someone from his age group is dying to sucker punch this rich little bitch. Watch him run home like the coward he is . He’s the worst rep for today’s youth headline grabbing punk.
And that is not even getting into other rhetorical tools used against the, See the problem they have is that when a man is attacked with such a bullying ad hominem, they are often limited in their responses. Refraining form returning the personal attack does not stop the bully and often makes the victim look week. Using facts seldom changes things. Returning the attacks may go against their beliefs.
But using these attacks against kids does not work. Children have access to a different set of rhetorical tools that the bullies have not developed good attacks against. Ad hominems do not succeed. The kids know how to deflect bullies and trolls.
It is really fun to watch.
