Scientists don’t yet know what to make of a white spot spotted on the dwarf planet Ceres, in the most recent batch of images from NASA’s Dawn spacecraft.
Ceres is the largest asteroid in the asteroid belt, almost 1000 kilometers in diameter. It may also have a lot of water.
We will get a better view of the surface as the spacecraft gets closer. So let’s have a little fun.
What could it be?
Maybe a landing strip?
