Hacker group The 1775 Sec, which claimed responsibility for a recent Dropbox outage, took to Twitter on Tuesday announcing a purportedly successful breach of Apple’s database.
I’ve talked about this before – how coupling the secure enclave on the iPhone with fingerprint recognition and iBeacons will allow the iPhone to take care of all your credit card transactions. Pay from your table at a restaurant, for example.
And the security processes of Apple will make it more secure than an credit card, which can be copied anytime it is out of your personal control.
And I bet Apple will take a very small cut of the transaction costs.
