Like with telephone companies, the insurance companies do not make it easy to compare. They have different drug coverage, different ways of calculating co-pay or hospital stays. It can take some work to figure it all out.
But from several people I have heard who have looked, the plans are all cheaper for the same or better coverage than they get now.
