Oh, and by the way, the best bandwidth test I’ve found so far (that actually pushes my connection) is this one from Verizon. It’s for testing FIOS connections.

I used this test and am actually getting a little better connection than I am paying for –  34.5 Mbps download (paying for 35) and 39 Mbps upload (paying for 35).

Seattle announced yesterday that they will be building out a giganet to many of its citizens. Thirty times faster than  what I am getting. How will that change things?
