The terrible three

Wisdom of Warren Buffet: On Innovators, Imitators, and Idiots:
[Via HarvardBusiness.org]
Here are the most useful words recently spoken by Warren Buffet. we should keep this in mind:

At one point, his interviewer asked the question that is on all our minds: “Should wise people have know better?” Of course, they should have, Buffet replied, but there’s a “natural progression” to how good new ideas go wrong. He called this progression the “three Is.” First come the innovators, who see opportunities that others don’t. Then come the imitators, who copy what the innovators have done. And then come the idiots, whose avarice undoes the very innovations they are trying to use to get rich.

We can’t seem to have innovators without idiots following. But just think what would happen if we could?
